The same thing happened to me.

But most people don’t think these surprises are fun, edible or safe.

From mice in Arizona tea cans to mites and bugs, there are some nasty surprises in food that we don’t know about. (Via) (Via)

One person found a “chicken nugget” in their bag of Doritos.

Tasty surprises

On TikTok, user Katie (@tehekatarinatehe) shared her and her friends’ reactions to opening a bag of crisps. (Via)

“We have a mega explosion, and it’s a block,” said the first person. “It’s going to explode.”

The first person in the video talks to herself as she opens the bag, wondering why there is a strong smell and why there seem to be only a few chips inside.

“There’s a chicken nugget inside,” says someone off camera.

The video shows inside the bag, where a piece of something orange can be seen. “Chicken nugget.”

Is it a chicken nugget?

It’s not likely that the nugget in the chip packet is a processed chicken, since Frito-Lay’s list of brands focuses on chips and crackers made from corn or wheat. (Via)

It is more likely that the chicken nugget is not a real chicken, but a piece of batter with flavour added. (Via) (Via)

What did the others think?

Some people said they found unexpected things in their bags of Doritos chips, and that the nugget was probably a piece of spice.

One viewer asked, “Is that a big piece of spice?” “I’ve seen small pieces of flavouring or dye in other Frito Lay products before.”

“I’ve had the same thing happen to me,” said another viewer. “I think it was a big piece of powder.

‘It looks like a piece of Doritos mix… and the bag expanded with the huge chunk of cheese,’ writes a third.’My opinion on this video. Don’t give me that.

Others thought it was a chicken dwarf and asked why.

One user said, “The chicken rotted and produced gas.”

Another said, “It’s the trash bag from the trash can on the production line where employees put their trash when the manager walked by.” Do they make their products in the same building?
